Fruit infused h20!!!

Sometimes water can get boring to always be drinking. Try adding a few strawberries, blueberries, lemons or any other combination. Let me know your finds!:)

Apple Cider Vinegar

There are tons of benefits to drinking apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar helps with tummy problems or cramps because of the antibiotic properties. Mix a couple tablespoons with some water. I like to mix a couple tablespoons with grapefruit juice and a tablespoon of honey. (More later why honey and grapefruit juice is good for you!!)
Can't get rid of your hiccups? Instead of a "spoon full of sugar, try a spoon full of Apple Cider! BAM!! CURED!
I try to drink my apple cider vinegar  at least 30 minutes before meals, or at least before breakfast! Drinking before meals helps with indigestion and digestion.
The winter time brings out stuffy noses and sore throats, mix a couple tablespoons with HOT water! This combination helps drain your sinuses, keeping you feeling healthy!! With sore throats, gargle the mixture every couple hours! Turns out, most germs can't survive in the acidic environment vinegar creates!
Exercise and sometimes extreme stress cause lactic acid to build up in the body causing fatigue. Interestingly, the amino acids contained in apple cider vinegar act as an antidote. Apple cider vinegar contains potassium and enzymes that may relieve that "tired feeling".
I have some family that get late night leg cramps, I personally don't get those but after doing some research I found that it is supposed to help! Of course, by the time you walk to the kitchen to put the drink together, your cramp is likely to be history-but maybe that is the point! :)
Gargling apple cider vinegar removes teeth stains for brighter, whiter smiles!
After all these benefits to drinking just a little bit of apple cider vinegar a day it also helps burn fat stored in the body!
Try drinking a little bit and let me know what other drink combinations you come up with.

Get moving!

Lifting weights will not make a woman bulky, you may however find yourself with a nicer butt toned abs, strength, confidence, and a positive outlook. Whatever you decide to do just try to move for 30 minutes a day! Remember the feeling you get after a really good workout! How awesome you feel about yourself and how much energy you have. During the workout, the pain is only temporary, but the results will be worth it! Find what will motivate you and ALWAYS remember that and KEEP GOING!

Get up everyday and MOVE!!!
